The Ohio State Football Camp offers several options for athletes:

YOUTH CAMP - Open to 5th-8th graders with a focus on skill development.

Summer camp is a great time for players to have fun while learning coaching pointers from great coaches.

Any youth football camps will usually have a wide variety of skill level and campers are grouped accordingly. Whether your athlete is a beginner or has attended many football camps before, this summer camp is a great choice.

POSITION CAMP - Limited to high school aged players.

There is a two-day and a three-day summer camp available. Each has a few specifics, and you should check out Ohio State’s camp registration page.

Players may stay overnight at these football camps or they can be day-campers. Because there is a separate kicking camp offered, there is no kicking instruction at these position camps.

KICKING & LONG SNAPPING CAMP - Open to 5th-12th graders.

This is a short camp, but the instruction level is bound to be terrific. For younger players, learning the best techniques is essential, and older players can get the fine-tuning that their high school coaches may not be able to offer.

SENIORS ONLY CAMP - These types of football camps lend themselves to players who are trying to impress the coaches at Ohio State and get on their recruiting list.

In truth, for a player who is not being heavily recruited, attending a college’s summer camp is a great way to get noticed. With a minimal cost, attending this camp could pay off in a big way.

Since Ohio State is still offering overnight accommodations, it is possible to attend one of these summer camps for kids even if you don’t live close by.

Giving your athlete the opportunity to attend a football camp at one of the premier football programs may be the highlight of their summer break!
